Eating Improvements
I think I finally found enough to work well. I seem to be good with nuts (raw) and walnuts are particularly helpful. Brazil and macadamia are good too. Plus I have some fish and meats and some vegetables. Dairy doesn’t work well (I have been back and forth with Swiss cheese because it was the least offender and helped when I didn’t have enough other things). Dates are pretty good and oatmeal is good. Other fruits and carbohydrates will have to add back gradually.
